In early 2002, Rich resigned a position with an industry-leading uniform supplier and founded Fine Tune in a basement in Bloomington, Indiana. Fine Tune is a niche expense management company focused on a small handful of particularly burdensome “nuisance” expenses. Rich dedicates his time to building and developing his team of “Tuners” and engaging with major, national clientele.
